The emcee of the 4 venues was Garage Sale.

Also we had attendees including Sachiyo Kuwae (The Mayor of Okinawa City) and Akari Yakabi (Leader of Kozan Support Group) at Okinawa city, Masaharu Noguni (Town Mayor of Chatan) and Yoshiaki Komesu (President of Chatan Chamber of Commerce) at Chatan Town, Atsushi Sakima (The Mayor of Ginowan City) and Yoshiyuki Takaesu (President of the Ginowan Tourism Promotion Association) at Ginowan city, Mikoko Shiroma (The Mayor of Naha City) and Takeshi Sakamoto (Leader of Naha Support Group) and Takehiro Shiraishi (President of Okinawa International Movie Festival Cooperative) and Hiroshi Osaki (The Chairman of Okinawa International Movie Festival Executive Committee) at each venue.

The events were full of laughter and the moment the Mayor Kuwae announced the big news was the most exciting moment. This year we will have a red carpet in Okinawa City as well! Okinawa City was one of the venues of Community-based Movies in the last festival, and it will be bigger this year with its own red carpet.
