Storyline
Umetaro is absolutely convinced that "Kochi isn't popular with tourists!" In order to attract tourists, he plans special Sake together with his colleagues in the shopping district and the tourist center, but the plan continues to fail due to drunken neighbors and a mysterious Arab-looking man. One day, after being forced to help an all-night vigil, Umetaro notices something important in the smiles of some drunken old men at the vigil...
