Storyline
A husband, Kota (Sasaki) married his wife, Yuko (Nagasaku) after 17 years of their friendship. Soon after their marriage, they find out Yuko is pregnant and diagnosed with cancer. Their marriage lasted for 493 days, and Yuko passes away. However, Yuko, who's supposed to be dead, appears in front of him. Is she real or his illusion? Kota and his dead wife look back their memories, and they realize there were things they couldn’t tell each other while she was alive.
Based on a blog “Gan Fu-Fu Nikki” by a couple who went through a battle with cancer. Their story has been adopted into a film with a mixture of reality and fantasy. It will bring you laughter and tears.
